What's your MOQ per design and size?
Our MOQ varies depending on the sock construction and technical complexity:
Casual & Lifestyle Socks: Typically 300 pairs per size / colorway.
Athletic, Outdoor , Compression & Custom Print Socks: Typically 500–1,000 pairs per size / design, depending on yarn composition, specialized technical zones, and design intricacy.
If you have specific designs, tech packs, or target quantities in mind, feel free to share them with us, and we can confirm the exact MOQ for your styles.

What's your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% balance due against the copy of shipping documents (B/L).
Depending on order volume and cooperation history, we also offer flexible payment options:
T/T: 30% deposit + 70% balance against shipping documents (Standard)
Open Account (OA): Net 30 / 45 / 60 days (Available for long-term partners with established credit)
Letter of Credit (L/C): L/C at sight, or usance L/C (30 / 60 days)

What're your sample and production leadtime?
Sample leadtime is usually 7-10 days and production leadtime is 30-60 days. It depends on the volume of sample and order we talk about.
Can you help to create techpack files base on my requirement?
Sorry we are not able to create the tech packs files for you however we can provide you techpack template or sample that your designs can use to create techpacks for the socks you need accordingly. We are ready to answer question you have during creating the techpacks.
Do you need sample charge for new customers?
Usually we don’t charge for sample however we hope our customers will take care of the sample shipping freight in return
Can you send me some samples for quality evaluation?
We can send some of our socks samples for you to check our quality however, in alternative we would perfer to make some samples for you base on your current samples or techpacks then you can better compare our quality with yoru current products.
How do you handle color matching?
Pantone codes, dye-lot tracking, and color-fastness verification are all standard at competent factories.
Can you produce custom socks packaging for me?
Yes, custom packaging is fully part of our service.
We partner with reliable local packaging suppliers to develop and produce high-quality, customized packaging for our clients—including header cards, wrap bands/sleeves, polybags, gift boxes, and custom mailers.
How do you ship?DDP, FOB, or my forwarder?
We have several flexible shipping options available to suit your needs:
Your Own Forwarder: We can coordinate directly with your appointed agent for pickup or local handover.
Our Forwarder (Courier / Air / Sea): We can arrange the shipment through our trusted forwarders, whether you need express courier, air cargo, or sea freight.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We frequently handle door-to-door DDP shipments for international clients, taking care of customs clearance and import duties so the goods arrive directly at your warehouse hassle-free.
